Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at My Doll Shop! We want you to love your dolls as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made dolls (as these are made specially for you)
- Clearance or sale items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Dolls with visible signs of use
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Any return requested after 30 days from delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
- Contact your bank for processing delays.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@mydollshop.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at support@mydollshop.com and send your item to:
My Doll Shop Returns Department, [Insert Physical Address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Please mail your return to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
